(More customer reviews)The "tech support" is pathetic.I've been on the phone for over an hour on 2 different occasions and still can't make my game functional.No one seems to know what they're doing.I ended up describing Vista to the "tech".The second tech kept trying to get rid of me and didn't want to wait while I tried his suggestions, which would have meant another 20 minutes on hold just getting through.I tried telephone support after 4 emails in 6 days received no response.

If there was a no-star rating, I'd give it.I spent money on a product that's useless to me because of all the hoops to jump through to get a human being to help.I'm very disappointed in the way I've been treated and the extreme difficulty in getting help.

Thumbs down, zero stars... you name it.I wouldn't purchase another product from these people ever again.
