Upon opening the pacage i realized that it did not have a slot for hdmi making it not compatible with my xbox. shortly after i emailed the seller about the problem. He almost emediatly responded. He recognize the problem, and sent us a new elite shell , that was compatible with my xbox, and a shipping lable that night. Also the night that he did this was a holiday night. The package again came in 3 days. Everything looked liked new. what made it even better was he sent a carbon fiber faceplate. this is a great great seller and i would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested.
