I didn't want to get an actual case that snaps or sticks on with adhesive; I'm a big girl and I know that when I've got the ds in my hands and I'm playing it, I'm going to be careful with it. I do carry it around in my backpack with me, so I did need something to cushion it and keep it from getting scratched in transition. This is perfect for the job. What I like about it:
-Great designs to pick from.
-Soft fabric doesn't scratch the ds.
-Closes securely.
-DS fits in just right (not loose, but not too tight). It fits just fine with a GBA cartridge in, too.
-It has an extra pocket, where I can keep a cleaning cloth and an extra game cartridge.
-It's just plain cute!
