(More customer reviews)I got this card based on my experience using another WNA-2330 for a day.I was using it for WEP cracking and so needed monitor mode and packet injection capability.I bought this card when it was only $10, so even if I got the wrong chipset and it only does monitor mode, that would have been fine.I fired up BackTrack, fired up airodump-ng and monitor mode worked like a charm. I have not used it for packet injection yet, though the other WNA-2330 worked with default settings in BackTrack for packet injection.
Pros: Super cheap and compatible with research tools out-of-the-box.Lights indicate power and transmition.
Cons: Does not have a port for an antenna, so that may require some exta work.
