(More customer reviews)This is the kind of old school PC to NES port that seemed weird at the time and seems even weirder now upon nostalgia play.Originally I played this on a PCjr and the controls for the time seemed immense and unwieldly even though they were pretty simple.This is classic DUNGEON CRAWL RPG type gaming were the imagination of the gamer comes into play more than any other game other than text adventures.The graphically simple 3-D Castle and simple battle menus are fun even now, the difficulty of navigating other menus in the game however could make alot of non D&Ders to drop the controller on this one, if you are still running an NES thistitle and it's predecesor are cartridges a select few modern gamers will have the patience to stay with.Satisfying and worthwhile with a battery save.
