PSP G-Pak Organizer Case Review

(More customer reviews)I don't normally write reviews for things I buy from Amazon, because A) I spend way too much on too many things, and B) I'm deathly lazy.

The NAKI G-Pak, however, is such a good product, that I feel compelled to write my first review- let's just hope this doesn't turn into a habit.

In the interests of full disclosure, however, I should state that I purchased the Platinum Series G-Pak, the chief difference of which is that the outside is wrapped in white pleather.What can I say, I just wanted something different...

Anyway, the review proper!The G-Pak is very well-made, durable on the outside and soft on the inside, with velcro dividers that let you divide up the main compartment as you see fit- mine's set up to hold my PSP (in a zip-up leather hardcase, no less), and also my DS (in a hard plastic hardcase, with 6 games), AND my MP3 player, which is a Creative Zen Touch in its leather carrying case, and I still have an extra compartment, albeit a small one, that nicely holds my USB charging cables for the DS and MP3 player (they use the same cable) and my PSP's USB charging cable.

The UMDs are held in another, flat compartment that closes via velcro, and it does, in fact, hold 22 of them- rather snugly, at that.Behind the two "sleeves" of UMDs, there are long, narrow pockets, perfect for holding a few game manuals- by no means 22 of them, but you could likely fit 2 or maybe 3 game manuals in each, for 6 total.

This is all held firmly within the GPak by means of a surprisingly sturdy, well-made zipper.I'll admit, I was expecting the zipper to be a bit chintzy, but it isn't- it's actually well-madfe and strong.

So is the zipper on the decent-sized pocket on the outside of the G-Pak.Mine holds a pair of Ear Candy Smokin' Bud in-ear headphones in their plastic hardcase, as well as a car charger for my PSP, and my DS' charger, as well.I've been known to cram a spare pack of smokes and my Zippo in there, occasionally, too, and they fit nicely, but that's about the limit of the space, honestly.

Finally, the G-Pak comes with a nice shoulder strap, with heavy, strong hardware to attach it to the G-Pak's mounting rings, and an adjustable pad on top, to stop the nylon strap itself from cutting into your shoulder.

All in all, it's a great piece of gear- everything I expected it to be and much, much more- and a steal, at the price.I give it my highest possible recommendation!

(More customer reviews)This is the worst game compilation that i have ever played let alone looked at. The cartridge has 52 games on it and all of them are awful. It may not seem possible but the programmers have somehow messed up all 52 games with bad graphics, terrible music, and horrid controls. Most of the game do not work and the ones that do are either impossible to beat or impossible to lose. If u like terrible games buy this. If you are any person who plays video games STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARTRIDGE!!!

Features 4 turntables, digital effects, itunes import compatibility. It plays MP3s as well as straight WAV files from CD. Feature also 4 four different mixers emulations like Allen & Heath Xone, Ecler Nuo, etc... I'm in heaven. I finally abandoned my records and CDs as well as turntables and CD players. The looping features are just amazing. You can jump betweem loops and remixing on the fly with traktor comes alive, even better than traditional DJ equipment. You can create plenty of markers in the song, etc.. If you are thinking to go digital get traktor and avoid scratch boxes like Final Scratch and Serato Live very hard to setup. I use traktor with an audio interface (M-Audio Firewire 410) and analog mixer and it rocks. It works really smooth. If you want to scratch there are midi interfaces that sell for $300. And there more interface to come in the near feature. Also if you are a scratching DJ you can still use a turntable or CD player just for scratching.
Traktor seems to be the only future for Digital DJing.

Trimersion Wireless First Person Shooter Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this based on the suggestion of a fellow CCTV professional, because I needed parts for a similar video goggles project. It is a rather old design, originally intended for FPS games, but it failed miserably on a number of technical issues.

Still, if it wasn't aspiring to be wireless, the picture quality would be OK, but the RF link is very poor. The included head tracker is based on a gyro module, which has a terrible drift, so you'll end up straining your neck if you try to use it with a game. Unfortunately the helmet type goggles were designed for a child's head, so no average sized adult could possibly use them unmodified.

The fun part for me was to take it apart and build a fairly decent video visor for well under a hundred bucks. You must be fairly comfortable to work with electronics and shaping plastic parts if you want to do the same.

Natural Cotton Sleeve for Nintendo DS Lite - Hibiscus Review

(More customer reviews)This is a very nice sleeve for my DS. It fits snuggly with just a bit of space so that it's not a tight fit. There's a pocket on the front for maybe 3-4 games and an extra stylus. I only wish it had a velcro closure as opposed to the button and loop type, and hence 4 instead of 5 stars. The little handle on the top is not really that functional as it's not long enough nor short enough for any good purpose. It looks very nice though and the colors are vibrant. The cotton is very soft and the leather label and loop for the button are very soft as well. I'm not really sure how much protection it will provide if dropped as it's not a hard plastic or super thick, but it will definitely provide protection from scratches. Overall, really nice.
